The range is composed of 3 PLIF cages made from Peek Optima LT1 or titanium alloy TA6V (2 devices per segment are required) and 1 TPLIF cage made from Peek Optima LT1 (1 device per segment is required).
The devices are available in a variety of widths, lengths, heights, and lordotic angles designed to fit the patient's anatomy and help restore spinal balance.
The design of the Cap lumbar cages allows a maximum contact area between the implant and clean endplates. It features serrations on the superior and inferior surfaces to ensure primary and long term stability.

CAP lumbar cages are indicated for intervertebral body fusion of the lumbar spine, from L2 to S1, in skeletally mature patients who remained unresponsive to non-operative treatments. The cages are intended for use at either one or two contiguous levels for:
_Degenerative disc disease (DDD) with up to Grade 1 spondylolisthesis defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies. DDD may include but are not limited to disc herniation, stenosis and instability.
_CAP lumbar cages shall be used with supplementary fixation. The cages are designed for use with bone graft to facilitate fusion.
